Biography
A Black Marine private, the Pendleton 14 defendant given the harshest sentence after an August 1977 court-martial (two years plus bad-conduct discharge), in a case that drew national protest. The Black Panther Vol. 18 no.6 (1978) reports he was released after five months and his sentence reduced.
