Biography

Donna Joan Borup was a member of the May 19th Communist Organization arrested at the September 26, 1981 anti-apartheid demonstration against the touring South African Springboks rugby team at JFK Airport, accused of throwing a caustic substance that partially blinded a Port Authority police officer. Released on bail, she went underground in 1982 before trial and has been a fugitive ever since; she remains on the FBI Domestic Terrorism wanted list with a reward of up to $100,000.
