Biography

Christopher Lay, age 20, son of Wade Lay, participated in the May 24, 2004 Tulsa bank-robbery attempt motivated by anti-federal-government grievance over the 1993 Waco siege. A bank security guard was killed. Convicted of first-degree murder and attempted robbery; sentenced to life in Oklahoma state prison.
