Biography

Chin Hong Ming was a Chinese-American convicted in federal court in New York in 1954 under the Trading With the Enemy Act for sending money to relatives in the People's Republic of China. His prosecution was one of a wave that treated ordinary family remittances as trading with a wartime enemy.
