Carolyn Rodriguez is a local activist and copwatcher in Fort Worth Texas. Over the course of her work she found Fort Worth police seemed to be targeting the vehicles of bar workers late at night, she set out to investigate. According to Carolina, many of the tow companies in the city are operated by retired police officers, raising questions about the possibility of a racket being run from within the police department.
