Biography

Carl Sklar a Communist Party organizer and a leader of the Imperial Valley farm workers strike, from Los Angeles, received a three- to thirty-three-year prison sentence for violating the California Criminal Syndicalism Act and served in Folsom State Prison from June 1930 to October 3, 1932.
