Only the surname Caravas has been verified. A photograph in the Labor Defender of July 1930 identifies Caravas among five Detroit workers "sentenced to 90 days for meeting"; Caravas is the fourth person from the left in that group photograph.
The caption does not identify the arrest date, the tribunal, the statute, the institution, or the conduct beyond the meeting itself.
NO RELEASE DATE IS PROJECTED. Ninety days must not be carried forward from an admission date that is not documented, and none is. The given name, aliases, vital dates, arrest, sentencing, admission and release dates, the charge and conduct, the custody facility, the actual time served, any appeal, later life and an individual portrait are all unresolved.
