Biography

C. W. Davis was secretary of the Marine Transport Workers Industrial Union in Seattle, Washington. He was convicted at the mass IWW trial in Chicago, sentenced to ten years in prison and a $30,000 fine, and served his time in Leavenworth Penitentiary.
