Briana Waters is an environmental activist whose case became closely associated with prosecutions linked to the Earth Liberation Front. Federal authorities tied her to the 2001 firebombing of the University of Washington Center for Urban Horticulture, an arson attack that caused major damage and became a landmark event in a broader series of eco-sabotage cases in the western United States.
