Biography
Brennon J. Nastacio (Bravo One), age 36, was one of five Standing Rock NoDAPL Water Protectors federally charged in connection with the October 27, 2016 Backwater Bridge barricade fire. Held in pretrial custody from February 13, 2017 until judgment September 28, 2020; sentenced to 43 months credited as time served plus 18 months supervised release, 100 hours community service, and $100 special assessment.
