Nebraska state coordinator of the American Indian Movement; The Black Panther Vol. 15 no.30 (1976) reports that after he called police having been choked and maced by a white man, officers instead beat and arrested him and his wife, charging them with malicious destruction of property; he was released on $1,000 bail.
