Biography
Wife of Randy Kehler, co-resister in the Colrain, Massachusetts war-tax-resistance case that became the most sustained war tax action in U.S. history. The couple stopped paying federal income taxes in 1977; the IRS seized their home in 1989 to recover $27,000. Corner participated in the four-year community occupation of the seized property (1989-1993) that drew dozens of arrests, the documentary "An Act of Conscience," and significant national attention to the war tax resistance movement.
