Biography
Arthur Majid Barnes, also named Arthur Majeed Barnes, was a member of the Black Men's Movement Against Crack. Sundiata Acoli identifies him with Abdul Haqq Muhammad and Robert Taylor in a July 1987 upstate New York arrest followed by imprisonment on weapon-possession convictions. A 1989 prisoner-support directory places Barnes at Sing Sing. His exact prison-entry date, term, and later outcome remain unverified.
