Biography

Andrew Duggan was convicted in the Brooklyn arms-smuggling case of 1982-83 alongside Gabriel Megahey, Eamon Meehan and Colm Meehan, for conspiring to obtain and ship weapons to the Irish Republican Army. He received concurrent terms totalling three years; Megahey received five.
