Statement regarding the decision of the Puerto Rican Socialist League to not attend the Second International Conference of Solidarity with the Independence of Puerto Rico. They state that because the objective of the conference is to back to the resolution of the UN Committee on Decolonization which offers the alternative of "free association" to that of independence they cannot attend.
